自乳化水性环氧固化剂的合成及性能

         

摘要

A novel self-emulsified waterborne epoxy curing agent was synthesized from single epoxy compound (AGE) as capping agent,the epoxy resin (E44) as chain extender and triethylene tetramine(TETA) as raw materials.The structure of the waterborne epoxy curing agent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),and the effects of synthesis conditions on the film-forming properties of the waterborne curing agent were also studied.The infrared test results showed that the characteristic peaks of the epoxy group disappeared and the epoxy groups were all involved in the reaction.The film performance test showed that the molar ratio of n(AGE) ∶n(E-44) ∶n(TETA) was 4.5∶1.0∶3.0,the salifying ratio of acetic acid was 10%,the curing agent could provide excellent properties,such as film appearance,adhesion and salt fog resistance.%采用单环氧化合物(AGE)为封端剂,环氧树脂(E44)为扩链剂,以三乙烯四胺(TETA)为原料,合成了一种具有自乳化效果的水性环氧固化剂.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对合成的水性环氧固化剂结构进行了表征,研究了合成条件对该水性固化剂成膜性质的影响.红外测试结果显示:环氧基团特征峰消失,环氧基全部参与了反应;涂膜性能测试表明:n(AGE)∶n(E44)∶n(TETA)=4.5∶1.0∶3.0时,醋酸成盐率为10%,所得涂膜外观、耐盐雾性能最佳.
