医用三氧水灌注引流治疗恶性胸、腹腔积液各1例原始报告

摘要

The treatment of advanced malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion are difficult and often not effective.Medical ozonated water perfusion method (18～20.4 μg/ml)100 ml was used to treat two cases with malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion respectively,one time each day.After the treatment,the two patients' malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion were significantly reduced,and no new pleural effusion occurred in one patient,and the effect was unexpectedly good.%恶性胸、腹腔积液在晚期恶性肿瘤患者的治疗多不理想,本科采用医用三氧水(臭氧水)灌注引流的方法对恶性胸、腹腔积液各l例做治疗,即使用100 ml浓度为18～20.4 μg/ml的医用三氧水灌注引流胸腹腔积液,每日1次,经过治疗,恶性胸、腹腔积液明显减少,其中1例无新生的胸腔积液出现,取得了良好效果.
