以粽子真空软塑包装为研究对象,探讨设计一种适应两只装拉伸膜热成型真空包装结构及工艺. 经分析确认包装工艺以及包装材料,并对所需材料及包装结构进行了参数化设计. 详细说明了包装结构方案,提出根据制成品所需平均厚度而推出薄膜材料的厚度计算公式. 新的包装结构具有安全美观,易于自动化生产等特点.%The vacuum package technology of rice dumplings.A new type of stretch thermoforming film structure and vacuum package process is designed and discussed for two-pieces-packed rice dumplings.The package process and material are analyzed to design and optimize the parameters and structure.The whole package structure and process are illustrated ,and the thickness calculation formula of the stretch thermoforming film is established base on the required film ' s average thickness.The new package has its characteristics of safety,beauty and suitable for automatic production.
