乌克兰变局对中国国家利益的影响--兼论溢出效应的应对策略

摘要

There are two reasons for political upheaval in Ukraine:the internal causes are the estrangement and political dismemberment between the East and the West,economic breakdown and official corruption and the balance between the East and the West;the external cause is the conflict of interest between Russia and the U.S. /Europe.Thus the impact of Ukraine’s political upheval is geopolitically very profound.We must uphold national unity based on law and by civilizing loyalty education,and strengthen the national identity of citizens to achieve the long-term stability of a multinational country.%乌克兰政权更迭有内外两个方面的原因：内因是东西部地区隔阂及其政治分裂、经济崩溃及官员腐败、东西方的外交平衡困境等因素；外因是对乌克兰局势必然产生深远影响的俄美（欧）之间的利益争斗。乌克兰变局的影响是深远的，尤其对中国国家安全的外溢效应不可低估，必须通过以法护统和公民潜移默化的国家忠诚与国家认同教育来维护国家的统一，实现多民族国家的长治久安。
