基于PDM系统的机电产品数字化协同设计平台

         

摘要

针对简单任务分解的设计方法设计周期比较长、成本高等缺点,提出一种基于Pro/E、Altium Designer及 CHS与 PDM进行系统集成的数字化协同设计平台的框架方案。结合车辆领域型号项目数字化技术的应用实践,探索研究了数字化技术应用的基本条件,重点分析机电一体化产品结构、自顶向下的产品协同设计和三维电缆协同设计这3项关键技术,并提出需要注意的问题。实践结果表明:该方案进一步提高了机电产品设计中多学科多专业设计人员协同设计的效率,对兵器行业的数字化研究与实践提供了有益的借鉴。%To solve problem of tedious period and high cost of the simply mission decomposition design method, the frame solution of system integrated digital coordinated design platform, based on Pro/E, Altium Designer, CHS and PDM, is brought up. Combine with the type projects digitization technology application in vehicle territory, explore the digitization technology application basic condition, emphasize on the electromechanical product structure, from top to the bottom product coordinated design and three dimensions cable coordinated design three key technologies and come up the problems that shall be paid attention to. The practice result shows that this solution improved the efficiency of multi subjects and majors electromechanical products design engineers coordination. It can be the useful reference for military industry digitization study and practice.
