HL-2A托卡马克装置CXRS光学系统设计

         

摘要

电荷交换复合谱(CXRS)是一项先进的测量托卡马克等离子体温度及空间分布的方法,针对我国HL-2A托卡马克装置上CXRS光谱采集系统对宽光谱范围(470~660 nm)、大视场(535.34 mm)、宽光束(直径110 mm).高空间分辨(14道)以及与后续导光光纤数值孔径(0.22)匹配等要求,应用ZEMAX光学设计软件优化设计了一片反射镜与四片透镜组合的光学系统,并通过将像面倾斜的方法进一步减小了像差.模拟计算表明像面最大弥散斑RMS半径为88.14μm,像方数值孔径0.217,很好地满足了使用需要.%The Charge-exchange Recombination Spectroscopy (CXRS) is an advanced technique for measuring Tokamak plasma temperature and spatial distribution. In order to satisfy the research demands of CXRS system of China HL-2A Tokamak, such as wide spectral range (470-660 nm), wide view field (535.34 mm), wide light beam diameter (110 mm), good spatial resolution (14 channels) and matching with the numerical aperture (0.22) of follow-up optical fibers, an optimized optical signal acquisition system consisting of one mirror and four lenses is designed by using the optical design software ZEMAX, and the aberration is also effectively reduced by tilting the image plane. Numerical calculation shows that the maximum RMS radius of image plane is only 88.14 um, the numerical aperture of image domain is 0.217, and all the design results meet the application requirements well.
