基于面阵CCD的药型在线检测仪图像采集的误差分析

摘要

A set of online drug type based on array CCD detector is designed. On this basis, the basic principle of medicine online detection system is introduced. In this paper, from the three aspects: perspective error, light error, the positioning error, the cause of the error in the image acquisition process is found through theoretical analysis and experimental research. And then, the corresponding solutions are proposed, thus the measurement precision of on-line detecting instrument is greatly improved.%设计了一套基于面阵 CCD 技术的药型在线检测仪。在此基础上，介绍了药型在线检测系统的基本原理。本文从透视误差、光照误差、定位误差三个方面，通过理论分析和实验研究，发现了在图像采集过程中误差产生的原因。针对误差产生的原因，提出了相应的解决方法，从而大大提高了药型在线检测仪的测量精度。
