空间遥感相机调焦机构设计

         

摘要

空间遥感相机所处的环境条件非常复杂,由于环境条件的改变,相机的焦平面将产生不同程度的偏移,为保证相机的成像质量,需将变化的焦平面加以校正,因此设计一套借助精密滚珠导轨、凸轮导向机构实现调焦的调整机构。本文从保证空间遥感相机成像质量的角度出发,介绍了调焦机构的方案选取原则,阐述了调焦机构的工作原理、组成及调焦机构的运动转化原理,给出了提高调焦机构安全可靠性所采取的措施,并对该调焦机构在调焦范围内的调焦精度进行了初步分析。%The focus plane of a space remote-sensing camera will decenter and defocus, to some extent, under the condition of space environment, which is changeable and complicated. A focusing mechanism is described in which precision spherical guide ways and cam guide mechanism are employed in order to meet the requirement of image quality of a space remote-sensing camera. The principles of choosing the pr oject of focusing mechanism are introduced. The composition and working principles of this focusing mechanism, the design idea of its motion transition and the technical measures to improve its safety and reliability are stated. The result of precision analysis is presented.
