Injection-locked FP-LD used as a low-cost colorless ONU received great attention in WDM-PON research filed. In this paper, considering the relationship between the excess intensity noise and the bandwidth of the spectrum-sliced ASE, the experimental comparison of the output signal quality of the FP-LD injected with different bandwidths seed light was given. Then taking into account the filter effect of the AWG, the influencing factors in the bandwidth optimization of the spectrum-sliced ASE were work out.%注入锁定FP-LD被认为是WDM-PON无色ONU的一种低成本解决方案并受到广泛关注.结合频谱分割ASE噪声与其带宽的关系,实验对比了不同带宽种子光注入下FP-LD的输出特性差异,并综合考虑AWG的滤波效应得出了注入频谱分割ASE带宽优化时需要考虑的问题.
