区域教育信息化发展路径研究--以广东省云浮市为例

         

摘要

区域教育信息化发展是我国教育信息化系统发展的重要力量。本文采用问卷法、实地考察法、访谈法等方法对广东省云浮市教育信息化发展的现状和问题进行了深入调研和分析,为云浮市政府制定《云浮市“十三五”教育信息化发展规划》提供政策依据。借助SPSS软件和Nvivo软件,本研究分别从学校信息化环境建设、教师拥有信息化设备及教学应用能力、教师信息技术培训需求、教师使用信息技术的态度和感受、教师对教育信息化建设的需求和建议、教学点的总体情况等六个方面对调查问卷和访谈结果进行了分析和呈现。在此基础上,本研究总结了六个方面的问题:学校硬件设备设施支持服务是首要问题;教师对信息技术态度积极,提升信息技术能力需求迫切;资源平台建设是影响教育信息化发展的第三大问题;教学点的教育信息化水平相对较低;教育信息化投入较少,缺少示范创新应用;治理体系有待优化,缺乏统筹协调和改革创新。由此,文章提炼出区域教育信息化发展模型,并在此框架下提出四点政策建议:完善政府治理机制;加强学校信息化环境建设;提升教师信息化教学能力;培养学生信息技术素养和创新能力。%Learning environment is the integration ofvarious supporting factors that promote learners'development. Digital museum is one ofthe most important learning environments where informal science learning was carried out, and is one ofthe most important social education institutions that help enhance National science literacy."Object-O-riented Conceptual Model"ofmuseum context is the theoretical foundation ofthis research.By integrating characteristic factors oflearning environments from three literatures,we have designed a preference survey instrument toward the characteristic factors ofdigital museum learning environments,which consist ofthree dimensions (learner,learning context and learning objects)described by eight characteristic factors.For example,learners'cognitive was described by three factors (inquiry learning,reflective thinking,and negotiation),learning context was described by two factors (free choice and easy to visit),learning objects was described by three factors (multiple resource,relation and interac-tive).Taking Hangzhou as an example,we have analyzed citizens'understanding ofmuseum education function,the form ofvisiting learning,and preference attitude ofthe eight characteristic factors about digital museum learning envi-ronments.
