溶解度参数在天然气脱硫脱碳物理溶剂选择中的指导作用

         

摘要

The physical solvent absorption method utilize the outstanding solubility performance dif-ference in solvent between acidic components (such as H2S,CO2 etc.) and hydrocarbons (such as CH4 etc.) contained in natural gas to achieve desulfurization and decarbonization.The study compared the absorption effect of several commonly used physical solvent through HYSYS simulation and further ana-lyzed the solubility performance difference in the view of solubility parameters. The results show that acid removing and selective desulfurizing ability of several physical solvent can be got from solubility pa-rameters affect, thus verify the solubility parameter rule. Solvent solubility parameter with better ab-sorb effect shall close to the solute (such as H2S, CO2 and organic sulfur) solubility parameter, the ones with better selective desulfurizing effect and their distribution shall as close as possible to H2S.The cer-tain deviation should be kept from CO2 solubility parameter. The solubility parameters played an im-portant guiding role in the solvent selection during the process of acidic gas removal.%物理溶剂吸收法是利用天然气中H2S和CO2等酸性组分与CH4等烃类在溶剂中的溶解度显著差异来实现脱硫脱碳。通过HYSYS模拟,对比了几种常用物理溶剂的吸收效果,从溶解度参数的角度分析了溶剂溶解性能的差异。分析结果表明:依据溶解度参数可以确定物理溶剂脱酸及选择性脱硫的能力;吸收效果好的溶剂溶解度参数应与溶质(H2S、CO2、有机硫等)溶解度参数接近;选择性脱硫效果好的溶剂溶解度参数及其分布尽可能接近H2S且与CO2有一定偏差。溶解度参数对天然气脱硫脱碳物理溶剂吸收法的选择具有重要指导意义。
