ZYT5230TJC 型不泄压洗井车研制

摘要

In oil field well-flushing operation should be carried out only after pressure release of the high pressure injection Wells,pressure release time is long and surrounding wells need to be off production.It destroys the bottom hole pressure and cause resources waste.ZYT5230TJC well flushing truck with pressure is developed to solve these.Well-flushing operation can be carried out by the device when the high pressure injection wells is with pressure,and displacement can reach 30 m3/h,wash well pressure can reach 40 MPa.The truck is equipped with pressure release device and flow control valve,the fluid can flow into low pressure pipe network of water injection station when the pressure is 0.6 MPa or less after the well-flushing fluid out of oil pipe flowing through pressure release valve,and on-line circulating well flushing work can be done.%油田的高压注水井需要泄压后才能进行洗井作业，泄压时间长，周边油井需停产，既破坏井底压力，又造成资源浪费。研制了 ZYT5230TJC 型不泄压洗井车。该设备可实现高压注水井不泄压洗井作业，排量可达到30 m3／h，洗井压力可达到40 MPa。车上配有减压装置及流量调节阀，从油管返出的洗井水经过减压阀后，压力≤0．6 MPa，可进入注水站低压管网，实现在线循环洗井作业。
