分层采油管柱封隔器坐封压力的藕合

         

摘要

为解决现场分层采油封隔器坐封凭经验造成坐封压力或大或小的弊端,建立了封隔器在井筒中径向、轴向、周向的应力模型,并用弹性力学中厚壁理论的拉美解答进行计算。在忽略温度对封隔器胶筒弹性模量和超弹性系数影响的情况下,轴向应力偏量为零时,封隔器处于稳定状态,从而确定封隔器的最佳坐封压力,得到了成功的现场验证。为分层采油工艺的推广应用提供了可借鉴的理论指导和现场实践。%Setting pressure of the packer in separate-layer production string is hard to control by experience.Radial and axial circumferential stress model of the packer in wellhole was established to solve this disadvantage,and the result was given by calculating with Lame formula.In the case of ignoring the influence of the temperature to elastic modulus and elasticity coefficient of the packer element,when the axial stress deviator is zero,the packer would be in a stable state,and then the best setting pressure could be determined.The study could provide reference for the pro-moted application of separate-layer production technology.
