纳米发电机在油气田开发工程领域应用前景

         

摘要

纳米发电机将科学预言变成了现实,开启了纳米科学和技术的新篇章,引起了全球研究者的研发热潮。纳米发电机能将微小物理变化产生的机械能或热能转换成电能。针对油气田开发过程中微供电系统的现状和瓶颈,融合不同的纳米发电机发电机理,展望了在石油勘探开发的旋转导向钻井和随钻测井、智能完井、智能分注、智能分采、油(气)水井测试、油田生产数据自动采集(传输)与控制等领域综合应用纳米发电机的前景。预示着石油勘探开发领域的微供电领域将迎来颠覆性的革命。%Nanogenerator has opened up a new era for nanoscale science and technology and has given rise to an upsurge of R&D globally. Nanogenerator can convert mechanical energy or thermal energy produced by micro-physical changes into electric energy. During oil and gas field development, the micro-power supply system is used in many areas, such as intelligent drilling system, intelligent well completion system, smart separate injection, smart separate recovery, test of oil (gas) and water wells, automatic acquisition (transmission) and control of oilfield production data, etc. In view of limitations of the power supply system in terms of temperature resistance and integration in these areas, this paper discusses the application prospect of nanogenerator in these areas and predicts the great impact of successful research into nanogenerator on micro-power supply system in oil exploration and development.
