生活空间应用于跟踪经皮冠状动脉介入术后心脏康复的可行性探讨

摘要

Percutaneous coronary intervention was effective for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, but the high incidence of postoperative physical and mental complications and high readmission rate suggested that attention should be paid to postoperative cardiac rehabilitation should be paid attention to life space could predict and evaluate cardiac rehabilitation after operation, instead of complicated evaluation index, but its application in this field was still lacking.This study focused on the status quo of cardiac rehabilitation after coronary intervention, the status quo of life space research and application, the comprehensiveness, predictability and scale tool of life space for cardiac rehabilitation, in order to provide references for its clinical application.%经皮冠状动脉介入术能够有效治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,但术后多种身心并发症高发和再次入院率居高不下,提示应重视病人术后心脏康复情况.生活空间能够预测和全面评估术后心脏康复情况,替代原本复杂烦琐的评估指标,但目前其应用于该方面的研究仍十分欠缺.本研究围绕冠状动脉介入术后心脏康复现状、生活空间研究应用现状、生活空间用于心脏康复跟踪的全面性、预测性和量表工具展开可行性探讨,以期为其在临床的推广应用提供参考和借鉴.
