Objective:To probe into the application effect of the concept of in the perioperative nursing of patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 198 cases of inpatients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to August 2017 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Patients(n=98)in control group received routine nursing,w hile patients (n=100)in observation group ware given the concept of fast track surgery in perioperative period.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,the time of first ambulation and the time of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:There was statistically significant difference in bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time,ambulation time,hospitalization time first times between both groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:The applica-tion of fast track surgery concept in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic sur-gery can promote gastrointestinal function recovery and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.%[目的]探讨快速康复外科理念在妇科腹腔镜手术病人围术期护理中的应用效果.[方法]选取2017年5月—2017年8月在我院妇科行腹腔镜手术的住院病人198例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=98)围术期给予常规护理;观察组(n=100)围术期应用快速康复外科理念进行护理,比较两组病人胃肠功能恢复情况、第1次下床活动时间及住院时间.[结果]两组病人肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、第1次下床时间、住院时间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]快速康复外科理念在妇科腹腔镜手术病人围术期护理中的应用可促进胃肠功能恢复,加快病人术后康复进程.
