Objective:To explore the injection methods and injection sites of low molecular weight heparin ( LMWH) on subcutaneous hemorrhage in pa-tients after elective coronary intervention therapy. Methods:A total of 100 patients with stable angina,who had received percutaneous coronary intervention therapy were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The traditional injection method of LMWH was used in the control group, and the modified injection method of LMWH was used in the experimental group. The subcutaneous hemorrhage and pain caused by LMWH was compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage and the level of pain in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The modified subcutaneous injection method can significantly reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage and pain of the site and improve the quality of medical care.%目的:探讨改良注射方法在减少注射低分子肝素钠引起皮下出血和疼痛中的应用. 方法:选取我院100例行冠状动脉介入术治疗的稳定型心绞痛患者并随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统的注射法,试验组采用改良注射方法. 观察两组患者注射低分子肝素后引起的皮下出血及疼痛情况. 结果:观察组注射部位疼痛及皮下出血程度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0. 05. 结论:改良法皮下注射低分子钠肝素可有效降低出血发生率,减轻患者的疼痛,有利于提高医疗护理质量.
