系统心理护理对精神分裂症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪与生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of systematic psychological nursing on anxiety, depression and quality of life in schizophrenic patients.Methods:A total of 157 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given routine psychiatric care.The experimental group was given systematic psychological nursing.The SAS, SDS, and SQLS scores of all patients before and after nursing intervention were assessed and their differences were compared.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower in the two groups than that before the intervention.The degree of decrease in the experimental group was bigger than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the psychological intervention, the scores of SQLS in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic psychological care can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of schizophrenic patients and improve the quality of life of them.It is worthy of popularization.%目的:探讨系统心理护理对精神分裂症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响.方法:收集我院2015年1月~2016年12月精神病区收治的157例精神分裂症患者,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规精神科护理,试验组给予系统心理护理措施,评估护理干预前后所有患者的SAS、SDS、SQLS评分,并比较其差异性.结果:两组护理干预后,其SAS、SDS评分均明显低于干预前,且试验组较对照组下降更明显,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组经系统化心理干预后SQLS评分较对照组显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:系统心理护理能有效改善精神分裂症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量,值得推广.
