四子散热熨防治罂粟碱肌内注射致肌肉硬结的效果

         

摘要

目的:探讨四子散中药奄包热熨防治罂粟碱肌内注射导致肌肉硬结的效果.方法:选择2016年2~11月在本院骨科住院、手术后需要肌内注射罂粟碱的患者85例并随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组41例术后采用马铃薯片外敷注射部位;观察组44例术后采用四子散奄包热熨注射部位.观察两组组患者肌内注射部位出现硬结、发生疼痛的情况、舒适度和综合疗效.结果:观察组治疗后硬结出现率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感到舒适者达93.18%,而对照组为73.17%(P<0.05);观察组综合疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:四子散中药奄包热熨能明显减少患者肌内注射罂粟碱所导致的硬结和疼痛,提高患者舒适度.%Objective:To discuss the effect of Sizi powder traditional Chinese medicine pack hot medicated compressing in prevention of muscular induration caused by papaverine intramuscular injection.Methods:Selected 85 patients hospitalized in department of orthopedics of our hospital and needing papaverine intramuscular injection after operation from February to November 2016, and they were divided into control group and observation group at random, where 41 patients in the control group had external compressing of the injection part with potato chips, and 44 patients in the observation group had hot medicated compressing of the injection part with Sizi powder pack.Patients in the two groups were observed in induration of injection part, condition of pain, comfort and comprehensive curative effect.Results:The incidence rate of induration of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05), the pain level of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05);93.18% of the patients in the observation group felt comfortable, while only 73.17% of the patients in the control group felt comfortable (P<0.05);the comprehensive curative effect of patients in the observation group was significantly superior to that of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sizi powder traditional Chinese medicine pack hot medicated compressing could significantly reduce the induration and pain of the patients caused by papaverine intramuscular injection, and could improve the patients' comfort.
