以时效性激励理论为指导的延续性护理对PCI术后患者负性情绪及自我管理水平的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of continuing nursing guided by timeliness motivation theory on negative mood and self -management level of a-cute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients after PCI operation.Methods: To select 114 cases of AMI patients receiving PCI operation in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017, and randomly divide them into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine follow -up and re-examination, while except for routine follow-up and reexamination, the observation group was also given continuing nursing guided by timeliness motivation theory .Compare negative mood improvement, self-management level and quality of life between the two groups.Results: Scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in observation group were lower that those in control group(P<0.05), score of each item about self-management was higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05),and scores of the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36)were higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuing nursing guided by timeliness motivation theory could significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of AMI patients after PCI operation , and improve their self-management ability and quality of life .%目的:探讨以时效性激励理论为指导的延续性护理对急性心梗PCI术后患者负性情绪及自我管理水平的影响.方法:选取2015年2月~2017年1月我院接收的行PCI术治疗的急性心肌梗死患者114例,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以常规随访与复查,观察组在对照组基础上实施以时效性激励理论为指导的延续性护理.比较两组患者负面情绪改善情况、自我管理水平及生活质量.结果:观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),各项自我管理水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05),健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:急性心梗PCI术后患者采取以时效性激励理论为指导的延续性护理,能明显改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其自我管理水平和生活质量.
