目的 了解不同层次特需门诊患者对隐私保护的需求,进一步优化特需门诊的服务流程,以提升护理服务质量和患者满意度.方法 采用方便抽样法选取2009年4月来院就诊的100例患者设为隐私保护改进前组,自行设计调查问卷对其进行调查,以了解其对隐私保护的需求及满意度,并针对调查结果改进相关环节；选取2010年3月来就诊的100例患者设为隐私保护改进后组,采用同样的满意度问卷对其进行调查.结果 100例患者对隐私保护的需求依次为“保护身体隐私部位”(99.00％)、“保密身体患病状况”(96.00％)、“保密个人基本信息”(92.00％)、“保护个人生活空间”(85.00％)；针对患者隐私保护的需求对服务流程进一步改进,患者满意度均明显提高(均P＜0.05).结论 保护身体隐私部位是满足患者隐私保护需求的关键、妥善管理病历资料是保护患者隐私的重要环节以及尊重和保护个人生活空间等人性化服务是满足患者隐私保护需求的重要因素.%Objective To investigate the special needs on privacy protection of different levels of outpatients in VIP clinic, and to further optimize the service process of special needs for outpatients so as to improve the nursing quality and outpatients' satisfaction. Methods Before the improvement in privacy protection,a convenience sampling method was adopted to investigate the special needs and satisfaction on privacy protection in 100 outpatients who sought treatments in VIP clinic in April 2009 with a self-designed questionnaire. The relevant aspects were improved according to the findings. After the improvement on privacy protection, we selected 100 outpatients in VIP clinic in March 2010 and made another investigation by applying the same questionnaire and compared the outpatients' satisfaction with the former. Results The sequence of the needs of privacy protection in the 100 persons with health examination was listed as "privacy invaded parts of outpatients(99. 00%)" ,"body disease or condition(96. 00%)" ,"basic personal information(92. 00%)" ,"personal living space(85. 00%)". Through further improvement for the health examination population's demand, the satisfaction of patients was significantly increased(P<0. 05). Conclusion To protect private body parts of outpatients is crucial to meet the-needs of them on privacy protection. Proper management of medical records is an important part of protecting outpatient privacy, respectingand protecting personal life space and other people-oriented services are important factors to meet the needs of outpatients' privacy.
