糖尿病足溃疡患者的生活质量及其影响因素

摘要

Objective To investigate the level of quality of life (QOL) in patients with diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods Totally 119 initial DFU patients were enrolled into this study. They were classified by Wagner grade and the QOL level was evaluated using Short Form-36 questionnaire. Correlation between QOL and Wagner grade was also analyzed accordingly. Results The lowest scores were in physical function subscale (median 10. 00), and the total scores of SF-36 scale were 370. 91 ± 151. 66. Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that Wagner grade,peripheral vascular disease, location and the depth of ulcer were the influencing factors of QOL. Conclusion The QOL level in DFU patients is low, which calls for tertiary prevention and targeted interventions to improve their QOL.%目的 了解糖尿病足溃疡患者的生活质量水平,并分析其影响因素.方法 采用Wagner分级和SF-36健康调查表,对119例首诊糖尿病足患者进行糖尿病足溃疡严重程度分级和生活质量调查,并分析其相关性.结果 糖尿病足溃疡患者SF-36评分中,生理职能维度得分最低,中位数为10.00分；SF-36总分为(370.91±151.66)分.多元逐步回归结果显示,Wagner分级、血管病变、溃疡位置及溃疡深度等4个变量是生活质量的主要影响因素.结论 糖尿病足溃疡患者的生活质量普遍较差,应注重足溃疡的三级预防,采取有针对性的干预措施,以提高其生活质量.
