中子物理实验装置辐射安全联锁系统

         

摘要

中子物理实验装置是一台用于钍铀燃料循环系统中子截面测量的加速器装置,在运行时不可避免地产生电离辐射,为了避免人员误入高辐射区受到辐射危害,建立了基于冗余控制技术的辐射安全联锁系统。系统根据人员进出的控制模型,以高可靠性的硬冗余可编程逻辑控制器( PLC)为核心,开发了逻辑控制程序,实现了对联锁设备的控制。经现场测试,辐射安全联锁系统运行稳定、可靠,保护了人员的辐射安全,满足了系统的设计要求。%Neutron Physics Experiment Facility is an electron accelerator that provides the necessary neutron cross-section measurement data for the Thorium-Uranium cycling system, which will lead to the ionizing ra-diation in the operation.Based on the redundancy technology, the radiation safety interlock system was devel-oped to prevent personnel exposure from high radiation levels.According to the access control mode, the higher performance hard-redundant programmable logic controller ( PLC) was used as the core component in the sys-tem.The logical control program was developed and control of interlock devices was realized.Through the field test, this system can operate stably and reliably, which can insure the safety of personnel and satisfy the re-quirement of system design.
