基于 CAN 总线的微波干燥装置数据传输系统的研究设计

摘要

In order to ensure reliable data transmission in the industrial environments of coal microwave drying , this paper studies and designs a data transmission system based on CAN bus .The paper discusses the structure of the transmission system , the hardware design , the CAN bus application layer protocol , PC monitoring and so on, of which the CAN bus application layer protocol was highlighted .Test results show that the data transmis-sion system has good stability , high reliability .%在微波干燥煤炭的工业环境下，为了保证数据的可靠传输，研究并设计了一种基于CAN总线的数据传输系统。讨论了传输系统的结构、硬件设计、CAN应用层协议、上位机监控等内容，并且重点论述了CAN应用层协议。测试结果表明该数据传输系统稳定性好，可靠性高。
