China’s urban development is in parallel with expansion of urban land-use scale. Based on the prices of commodity housing all over China from 2000 through 2011,and panel data of concentration index in the 2nd and 3rd industries,this re-search constructs timed fixed effect model and finds out that in the current distribution system with regard to benefits of land, China’s land resources is priced by external factors so that it does no good optimizaing and ajusting various economic factors during the process of urbaization.% 我国城市化发展是和城市用地规模扩张相伴随的。采用2000—2011年我国31个省市自治区的商品房销售价格和二三产业空间集聚指数的面板数据,构建时刻固定效应模型,结果显示现行土地利益分配体制下,我国土地资源价格的外生推动形成,不利于各项经济要素在城市化进程中的优化配置和自我调适。
