新丰江与三峡水库农村移民的时空跨域比较研究--以广东博罗为中心

摘要

Rural reservoir resettlers from Xinfeng river and three gorges reservoir respectively came from two distinctive geo-graphic regions and underwent two different historical period:the planned economy period and the market economy period. Two different resettlement conditions with different resettlement principles had a fundamental impact on the reservoir resettle-ments, which has led to a noticeable difference between two resettlements. Governance strategies to related rural reservoir re-settlers issues are put forward for future reservoir resettlements and governance by the era-region crossing analysis of the two reservoir resettlements and currently emerging social problems among the resettlers.%新丰江与三峡水库的农村移民，分别经历了计划经济与市场经济两个不同的历史时期，并且来自不同的地域，有着不同的安置模式。各时期不同的迁移条件及安置理念，对其安置工作产生根本影响，导致移民安置效果差异显著。通过对新丰江与三峡水库农村移民进行跨时域及跨地域的比较，结合水库农村移民群体所出现的社会问题，提出水库农村移民相关问题的治理方略，供水库农村移民安置及其管理工作参考。
