高效液相色谱法测定白驳丸中4种重楼皂苷含量

摘要

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定白驳丸中4种重楼皂苷的含量。方法采用 Agilent Zorbax SB C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)；柱温35℃；流动相 A 为乙腈,流动相 B 为水,进行梯度洗脱；流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长203 nm。结果4种重楼皂苷质量浓度在18.12~465.9μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r =0.9999)；平均回收率在95.11%~99.74%之间；RSD值均小于3.0%。结论该方法灵敏度高、准确性好、具有较好的重复性和稳定性,可用于白驳丸的质量控制。%Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining the contents of 4 polyphyllins in Baibo Pills. Methods HPLC system consisted of Agilent Zorbax SB C1 8 Column,gradient eluted with acetonitrile-water solution,the flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0 mL·min-1 ,UV detection wavelength was set at 203 nm and column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃.Results 4 polyphyllins showed good linearity within the tested concentration scope(18.12-465.9 μg·mL-1 ,r =0.999 9);the method was validated and the recoveries of 4 polyphyllins were 95.1 1%~99.74%;RSD<3.0%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control for Baibo Pills.
