从多个方面对建筑工程投资管理失控的原因进行详细的分析以及探讨，并针对各阶段容易出现的投资失控现象提出相应的解决措施，以指导造价控制工作，保证施工项目实现投资效益最大化。%The detailed analysis and studies of the out of control of investment management are carried out.Meanwhile, the corresponding countermeasures for the out of control of investment at stages are proposed to guide cost control and secure maximization of the investment benefit of the construction project.
