The paper studied ingot production by frequently changing al oy composition in an aluminum smelter;it pointed out that scrap minimization and yield maximization could be ensured through adjusting the order of production items and chemical composition of al oy appropriately,as wel as making the most of wash aluminum.%针对铝熔铸厂高频率合金转组扁锭生产过程进行研究，通过对不同合金产品订单顺序的调整、适量的成分调整、洗炉铝的充分利用，达到减少废料产出，保证产品成品率最大化的目的。
