近几年我国永磁磁选设备的技术发展

摘要

永磁磁选设备在近几年取得了较大技术进步,特别是在提高分选效率、增加处理能力、扩大应用领域等方面都取得了显著的进步.本文以应用领域为主线,介绍了永磁磁选设备在磁铁矿预选、围岩回收、精选等方面的技术进展,同时介绍了磁选机在非金属分选、有色金属除铁、污水处理领域的创新和应用,并就未来永磁磁选设备的研究和发展作了展望.%Over the last 10 years permanent magnetic separators have undergone dramatic development,especially in improving separation efficiency,increasing processing capacity and expanding the application in various industries.This paper reviews the current status of magnetic separators based on preconcentration of magnetite,magnetite recovery of surrounding rock,magnetite cleaning and introduces innovation and application of magnetic separators in the industry field of nonmetal,nonferrous metal,swage treatment.At last this paper outlines the future trends in research and development.
