碱和微波改性沸石及对亚铁离子的吸附研究

     

摘要

采用微波辐射技术和NaOH对天然沸石进行活化改性处理,研究了改性沸石对水溶液中Fe”的吸附性能及影响因素.结果表明:经浓度为0.8 mol/L的NaOH和微波功率480W辐射5min改性的沸石吸附性能良好,在溶液pH值为7及常温条件下,改性沸石在用量为10g/L、振荡吸附时间为40 min时,对质量浓度为224 mg/L的Fe2+的去除率为99.5%.改性沸石对Fe2+的吸附规律较好地符合Langmuir吸附等温式.采用0.8 mol/L的NaOH作为改性沸石的再生剂,可使其再生重复使用.%The microwave and NaOH were used to modify zeolite, and the adsorption performances and the influencing factor of Fe * in water were investigated. The results showed that under the condition of 0.8 mol/L NaOH and radiation for 5 min by 480 W microwave, there is more adsorption efficiency. At pH value 7. 0, normal temperature, adsorption time 40 min and dosage of modified-zeolite 10 g/L, the removal rate of Fe2* in water (224 mg/L) by modified zeolite could be up to 99.5%. According to the adsorption isotherm curves of Fe2+ on modified zeolite, the regularity of adsorption conformed to langmuir isothermal adsorption model. Regeneration of clinoptilolite can be realized using 0.8 mol/L NaOH solution.
