华东某地膨润土制备有机膨润土试验研究

摘要

For a low-grade bentonite as raw material, through a lot of technology experimental research on effective sodium treatment and remodel conditions and styles, efficient dispersing and refining conditions and methods, suitable election of organic covering agents and organic covering treatment, as well combined multiple detecting means, and finally ascertain the optimal parameters for sodium treatment and remodel, dispersing and reifning and organic covering treatment, as well as to prepare the top grade organic bentonite with a 4200 mPa · s dynamic viscosity.%以低品位膨润土为原料，通过对有效的钠化改型条件和方式、高效的分散提纯条件和方法、合适的有机覆盖剂选用以及有机化覆盖处理等工艺技术的试验研究，结合多种检测手段和方法，确定了研究所用膨润土最佳的钠化改型、分散提纯、有机覆盖的最佳参数，并制备出黏度指标达4200 mPa · s的高档有机膨润土。
