高压下晶化时间对天然沸石制备介孔材料的影响

         

摘要

In the paper, we use the Fuxin natural zeolite undressed ore as the raw material, ammonium lfuoride as structural failure potions and triethylamine as template agent, in alkaline conditions, static aging at room temperature, put in the crystallization reactor, 270℃ crystallization 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, 48 h, 60 h, 72 h, After washing, drying and calcination, ifnally get the mesoporous material. Using the speciifc surface area analyser(N2 adsorption/desorption), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to characterize the products, in the high pressure condition, effect of crystallization time on the pore size and morphology of mesoporous materials, The results show that: with the crystallization time extending, the zeolite pore diameter gradually increased, speciifc surface area gradually decreases, 60 h is the best crystallization time, The mesoporous materials average pore size is 3.124 nm, speciifc surface area is 91.154 m2/g, the entrance is 0.040 mL/g.%以阜新天然丝光沸石为原料,氟化铵为结构破坏剂,三乙胺为模板剂,在碱性条件下,室温静置陈化后置入晶化反应器,270℃晶化12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h、72 h,后经过洗涤、烘干及煅烧,最终得到介孔材料。利用比表面积测定仪(N2吸附/脱附)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对产品进行表征,研究了在高压条件下,晶化时间对介孔材料孔径及形貌的影响,结果表明:随着晶化时间的延长,沸石孔径逐渐增大,比表面积逐渐减小,60 h为最佳晶化时间,制得介孔材料平均孔径为3.124 nm,比表面积为91.154 m2/g,孔容为0.040 mL/g。
