印尼油砂尾砂合成免烧砖的研究

摘要

利用分离后的印尼油砂尾砂与一定量水泥、粉煤灰及石膏混合制得免烧砖，实验结果表明，水泥与砂的质量比为1∶3.5，粉煤灰加入量为20%，石膏加入量为6%时，制得的免烧砖抗压强度为6.08 MPa，符合国家免烧砖MU7.5等级，同时实现了尾矿的综合利用。%Using the milltailings of Indonesia's oil sands to compound baking-free brick with a certain of cement, lfy ash and gypsum. The result shows that under the conditions of cement to milltailings mass ratio of 1∶3.5, the addition amount of lfy ash was 20%, the addition amount of gypsum was 6%, the compressive strength of baking-free brick was 6.08 MPa. The baking-free brick was in accordance with national baking-free brick MU7.5 level. That implements the comprehensive utilization of tailings.
