工业园区土地集约利用评价研究——以重庆同兴工业园区为例

摘要

Based on basic investigation and study,according to its index system,evaluation methods and principles,the present index value is calculated,and the index weight and corresponding ideal value are determined.The indexes are standardized to calculate intensity of land use scores in Chongqing TongXing industrial park,and the land intensive use status in evaluation stage is also evaluated.The evaluation results indicate that the land use situation in the park is better,and land use efficiency is relatively high.The evaluation results will provide basis for land use management and establishment of related policy measures.%通过基础调查研究,依据研究指标体系、评价方法及原则,计算指标现状值,确定指标权重、相应理想值,并对指标进行标准化处理,计算了重庆同兴工业园区土地利用集约度分值,对评价时点的土地集约利用状况进行了评价。评价结果表明,该园区土地利用状况较好,用地效益比较高。评价结果将为用地管理以及相关政策措施的制定提供依据。
