WBT-822A备自投与RCS-941线路保护二次回路失配问题探讨

摘要

Aiming at the problems of secondary loop coordination between the type of WBT-822A standby power auto-switching in protecting device and the type of RCS-941 line protection device, ac-cording to ’Standardzation design criterion for 10 kV-110(66) kV transmiting lines protection and as-sistant equipment ’makes deep analysis, puts forward solving schemes. The result shows that adding a reset relay in incoming line protection operating box loop can eliminate safety hidden trouble such as miss or refuse operation of standby power auto-switching in protecting device and guarantee power grid operating safely and stably.%针对WBT-822A型备自投保护与RCS-941型线路保护二次回路配合上存在的问题，根据《10 kV-110（66）kV线路保护及辅助装置标准化设计规范》进行深入分析，提出了有效的解决方案。结果表明：在进线保护操作箱回路增加一个重动继电器，可消除备自投误动或拒动的安全隐患，为电网的安全稳定运行提供了保障。
