D5000系统二次设备在线监视与分析模块的开发应用

摘要

针对电网调度系统（D5000系统）缺乏对二次保护设备运行状态监视的问题，基于IEC 61850标准和国网103规约开发了二次设备在线监视与分析模块，实现对二次设备的故障录波数据的实时召唤和分析处理。应用结果表明：该模块可有效辅助调度、保护等专业人员快速、准确判断故障过程和保护动作行为，提高了事故处理效率。%Aiming at the problem of power grid dispatching system (D5000 system) lack monitoring function for operation state of the secondary protection equipment. Bases on IEC 61850 standard and state grid 103 protocol developing the secondary equipment on-line monitoring and analysis module, realizes fault wave record data real-time calling, analysis and treatment. The application result shows that this module can effectively assist dispatch, protection staff to quickly and accurately judge fault process and action of protection equipments, improve the efficiency of fault treatment.
