Numerical simulations were did on the pressure drop of the trapezoid baffle demister vane under various ge-ometries and operating conditions.Based on response surface methodology,the Box-Behnken design was employed to study the relationship of independent variables and dependent variables by applying vane height,vane spacing,vane turning an-gles,flue velocity as independent variables and pressure drop as dependent variable.A prediction model of quadramatic poly-nomial regression equation was obtained.%对不同结构尺寸以及操作条件下的梯形折流板除雾器除雾叶片的压降进行了数值模拟。基于响应曲面法,以叶片的高度、间距、转折角度和气流速度为自变量,压降为因变量,采用 Box-Behnken (BB)设计,研究各自变量及其交互作用对梯形折流板除雾器压降的影响,并得到二次多项式回归方程预测模型。
