PLC在铝电解槽下料控制系统中的应用

摘要

介绍了一种铝电解下料控制系统,该下料控制系统以PLC为核心,通过与上位机进行数据交流传输,与执行机构发布动作命令,起到桥梁纽带作用;同时,利用PLC自身优势,把一部分程序书写到PLC中,提高了上位机数据处理效率.现场以触摸屏为人机对话界面,便于现场工人查看电解槽运行状况.%Briefly introduce a kind of aluminum electrolytic discharge control system.The feed control system takes PLC as the core,transfer the data through the communication with PC,and the executing agency releases action command with a role of Bridges.At the same time,with the advantage based on PLC,the part of the program is written to the PLC to improve the efficiency of the PC data processing.Living with the touch screen for the man-machine dialogue interface,it is easy to field workers to check the electrolyze running status.
