一种提升换流阀阀塔抗震性能的方法研究

         

摘要

以国内某直流输电工程换流阀阀塔(简称为阀塔)及阀厅为背景,应用有限元软件,分析阀厅及悬吊在阀厅内的阀塔在水平加速度为0.4g的高地震烈度下的动态响应可知,阀塔悬吊绝缘子在竖直方向上应力较大,安全裕度较小;因此,提出一种在阀塔和阀厅之间增加阻尼器的方法,并通过有限元分析软件进行计算,结果表明,通过增加阻尼器的方法,可以大大降低阀塔悬吊绝缘子竖直方向上的应力,安全裕度较大,满足工程抗震要求.该研究成果已经成功应用于国内某直流输电工程,可以为后续高地震烈度悬吊结构抗震设计提供技术支撑.%With a domestic HVDC transmission project valve tower and valve hall as the background ,the dynamic re-sponse of the valve hall and the valve tower which suspended in the valve hall under the high earthquake intensity of horizon-tal acceleration of 0 .4g are analyzed .The results show that the valve tower suspension insulator in the vertical direction stress is large ,and the safety factor is small .Therefore ,a new idea of increasing damper between valve tower and valve hall is presented in this paper ,using finite element analysis software to analysis and calculations .The results show that the stress in the vertical direction of valve tower suspension insulator can be greatly reduced by increasing the damper ;the safety margin is larger ,meeting the seismic requirements;the research results have been successfully applied to HVDC transmis-sion project .The results of this study can provide favorable technical support for the seismic design of the suspension struc-tures with high seismic intensity .
