09MnNiDR钢制乙烯低温球罐焊接性能的试验研究

摘要

为研究09MnNiDR钢制乙烯低温球罐接性能,对-70 ℃低温钢09MnNiDR钢板进行了插销冷裂纹试验,试验分别按不预热、预热50 ℃和预热75 ℃进行,定量地确定了焊接预热温度对冷裂纹的影响,为国内首台设计温度-67 ℃、2000 m3乙烯低温球罐的制造提供了试验依据.%Through the welding cold crack test on 09MnNiDR steel plates,matching forgings and welding materials at-70 ℃,tests are done respectively by non-preheating and preheating temperature of 50 ℃and 75 ℃.It quantitatively determines the effects of preheating temperature on cold crack.It gives a test criteria on the first domestic design of 2000 m3 vinyl low-temperature pot made in 09MnNiDR steel at-67 ℃,culminating in the first batch of vinyl low-temperature pot made in 09MnNiDR steel at low-temperature.
