砂浆锚固件立体网状结构外墙外保温体系的研究

         

摘要

在不改变BT[XPS/EPS型EIFS(外墙外保温)]体系构造、用料等前提下,以砂浆锚固件作为尼龙锚固件的替代物,以锥孔聚苯板代替了原无孔聚苯板,并且将锥孔聚苯板进行搭接错位排列,使墙体、砂浆锚固件、抹面粘接砂浆之间形成立体网状(同质)结构,聚苯板嵌入网状结构中起保温作用,由此推出了ZT(锥孔埋入式EIFS)体系.研究结果表明,ZT体系有效解决了BT体系中易出现的空鼓、起壳、开裂、龟裂、脱落等问题;ZT体系集保温、安全、环保、耐久、经济和美观于一体,令居住者更加舒适,具有较高的应用价值,同时也是旧墙修复切实可行的优选方案.%When the structure, materials and other factors were unchanged in the BTCXPS/EPS EIFS) system, with mortar anchoring piece as substitute of nylon anchoring piece, polystyrene wallboard with conical bore as substitute of aporate polystyrene wallboard,and the polystyrene wallboard with conical bore were related joint by malposed mode, so a ZT (EIFS with conical bore) system, which wall-mortar anchoring piece-surface mortar adhesives system could form a stereo network structure, and polystyrene wallboard as thermal insulation board were embedded in stereo network structure, was invented. The research results showed that the ZT system could effectively solve BT's problem such as hollow.arch camber, crack.chap.and shell. The ZT system with more comfortable for residentiary and a higher application value, was also a optimal practicable preferred program for repairing old walls because ZT system had many advantages such as heat insulation, safety, environmental protection,durability.economy and beauty.
