改性聚羧酸减水剂在C30商品混凝土应用中与水泥适应性的试验研究

摘要

In this paper, adaptability of a modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer and cement was investigated when applied in C30 ready-mixed concrete. It was showed that the test result of cement paste fluidity of the same kind polycarboxylate superplasticizer between different type cement was quite different. Results of fluidity test of different cement paste and concrete performance test with the same polycarboxylate superplasticizer has no correlation. It should be through concrete performance test to e-valuate the water reduce rate and adaptability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer when in applications. Initial cement paste fluidity can only be used as a measure of the quality stability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.%主要研究改性聚羧酸减水剂在C30商品混凝土中应用时与水泥的适应性问题.结果表明,同一种聚羧酸减水剂与不同水泥的净浆流动度试验结果差异较大；聚羧酸减水剂与不同水泥的净浆流动试验和混凝土性能试验无相关性:应用时,应通过混凝土性能试验来评价聚羧酸减水剂的减水率、适应性等性能,初始净浆流动度仅可作为衡量聚羧酸减水剂产品质量稳定性的指标.
