减小EPS颗粒尺寸至小于1 mm,分散到发泡水泥中制备墙体保温材料,从而提升EPS-发泡水泥复合保温材料的防火性能,且减缓EPS-发泡水泥在点燃后的火势发展.对不同EPS颗粒尺寸下EPS-发泡水泥进行了防火性能试验,并建立了EPS-发泡水泥燃烧行为尖点突变模型,研究了EPS颗粒尺寸对防火性能及高温炉内火势发展的影响.结果表明,EPS-发泡水泥中采用尺寸为0.5~1.0 mm的颗粒较采用2.0~4.0 mm的EPS颗粒,可以有效降低内部EPS的热解速率及热解程度,提升防火性能,增强EPS-发泡水泥燃烧行为稳定性,减缓火势发展.%Reduce the EPS particle size to less than 1mm beads and dispersed the beads into the foamed cement to prepare wall insulation materials. This method can enhance the fireproof performances of EPS-foamed cement composite insulation material and slow down the development of fire after being ignited. The fireproof performances of EPS-foamed cement under different EPS particle size were carried out and the cusp catastrophe model of EPS-foamed cement combustion behaviors were established to study the influence of EPS particle size on the fireproof performances and the development of fire in high temperature furnace. The results show that compared to EPS beads with 2.0~4.0 mm,EPS beads with 0.5~1.0 mm can be used to reduce the pyrolysis rate and the degree of pyrolysis of EPS to enhance the fireproof performances and improve the stability of combustion behavior of EPS-foamed cement to slow down the development of fire.
