《下塔吉尔宪章》之后国际工业遗产保护理念的嬗变——以《都柏林原则》与《台北亚洲工业遗产宣言》为例

依据《都柏林原则》与《台北亚洲工业遗产宣言》两份国际文件,阐述《下塔吉尔宪章》之后国际工业遗产保护理念在定义、价值、非物质文化遗产与保护方法上的进展,着重分析了《台北宣言》与《世界遗产名录》文化遗产项目评定标准存在的关联性,以及三份国际文件对于工业遗产中的重要和典型实例、一般工业建筑与非物质文化遗产或环境采取的保护方法,在此基础上指出国际视野下中国工业遗产的现状与问题,并提出保护建议.%Based on The Dublin Principles andTaipei Declaration on Asian Industrial Heritage, this paper delineates the evolution of international protection notion of industrial heritage on definition, evaluation, intangible cultural heritage and protection methods afterNizhny Tagil Charter. It particularly focuses on the relevance of cultural heritage project evaluation criteria betweenTaipei Declaration on Asian Industrial Heritage andThe World Heritage List, and compares the protecting methods of typical examples, general industrial buildings and intangible cultural heritage in industrial heritage based on the above three international documents. Based on this, the paper further points out the current situation and problems of industrial heritage in China from the global point of view, and comes up with protection suggestions.
