精益造船计划管理体系研究和应用

计划管理体系是企业有效运行的核心。结合精益管理要求，对某企业计划管理体系现状进行分析，阐述了计划管理体系编制、运行、控制和支撑存在的问题和改进目标。%Plan management system is the core of effective operation for enterprises. Based on lean management requirements, this study analyzes the status quo of some enterprise plan management system, elaborates the existing problems and improvement goals in the formation, operation, control and support of plan management systems.
