液化天然气海上转运系统研究及开发

         

摘要

随着海上边际油气田的迅速发展,迫切需要开发各种新型的LNG海上转运装置.围绕两船旁靠状态下LNG海上转运装置(装卸臂)的研制,系统介绍了相应的研究工作以及装卸臂达到的参数.通过船型论证、两船并靠装载配置研究和两船并靠水动力分析研究,据此确立装卸臂目标参数,并进行关键部件的研发,开发拥有自主特色的并靠时船对船悬挂软管式 LNG 装卸臂.由于海况复杂,转运系统方案的选择,设计参数的确定都与两船在海上的运动参数有关.为了获取相关的运动参数,分别进行了两船并靠状态的数值模拟计算及物理模型试验,预报不同作业海况下的各种运动参数,取得了装卸臂设计的目标参数.装卸臂设计涉及低温流体装卸设备技术领域,关键部件包括底座、回转支承和回转驱动装置、塔身、吊臂、恒张力波浪补偿、对接引导系统和紧急脱离系统等技术开发.%With the rapid development of offshore marginal oil and gas field, there is urgent need to develop new type of LNG offshore transfer equipments. Focusing on the development of LNG offshore transfer equipment (loading arm) under two ships side-by-side condition, this paper systematically introduces the relevant research works and loading arm parameters. Through the ship type demonstration, the side-by-side loading configuration study and the hydrodynamic analysis, the basis of loading arm target parameters are determined. Due to the complexity of sea states, the selection of transfer system scheme and the determination of design parameters are relevant to the two ship motions at sea. In order to obtain the relevant motion parameters, both numerical simulation calculations and physical model experiment have been performed for the side-by-side condition, to predict various motion parameters under different operation sea states, and to further obtain the loading arm target parameters. The loading arm design involves the technical field of low temperature liquid loading/unloading equipment, and the key components include foundation, turning support and turning actuating device, tower body, arm, constant tension wave compensator, docking guidance, emergency detachment system and so on.
