中国典型资源型城市产业生态化发展研究

摘要

This paper builds the evaluation index system for the level of development of industrial ecology of typical resource-based cities, and conducts an overall evaluation for 33 typical resource-based cities with entropy method confirming weight value. The results show that the development level of industrial ecology of typical resource-based cities is low with the pattern of higher in the eastern part and lower in the western part. There is a close relationship between the level of industrial ecology and level of economic development, and resources endowment. This paper gives the measures for improving industrial ecology, these are:taking ecological industrial park as carrier, and promoting the level of industrial ecology;speeding up the pace of industrial restructuring and upgrading, and raising the advanced level;implementing technology and structural energy saving, and developing a low-carbon economy so as to realize industrial ecology.%　　产业生态化是在产业生态学理论指导下产业发展的高级形态，是可持续发展理念在产业发展领域的一种深度延伸和拓展。文章构建了资源型城市产业生态化发展水平评价指标体系，运用熵权法确定指标权重，对我国33个典型资源型城市产业生态化发展水平进行综合评价。结果表明，我国资源型城市产业生态化发展水平普遍偏低，呈“东高西低”格局；产业生态化水平与经济发展水平和资源禀赋状况等存在密切关系。资源型城市提升产业生态化水平的对策：一是以生态产业园区为载体，提升资源型城市产业生态化水平；二是加快资源型城市产业结构转型升级步伐，提高产业结构高级化程度；三是实现技术节能和结构节能，发展低碳经济，实现产业生态化。
