基于VB和AGW的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮PROE模型二次开发

摘要

利用Pro/Engineer (PROE)建立了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化模型,并通过Visual Basic (VB)和Automation Gateway (AGW)来对其进行了二次开发,设计了专门的程序界面用以驱动PROE来建立不同参数的齿轮模型.该种开发方法具有普遍适用性,它为个人标准件库的定制创造了条件,并且为后续产品的结构参数优化以及系列化生产提供了技术支持.%This Paper mainly establish involute spur gear parametric model using PROE and carry out redevelopment based on Visual Basic (VB) and Automation Gateway (AGW).In Pro/Engineer (PROE),it is to design the special program interface for creating gear model with different parameters.The re-development method has general application ranges.It creates the conditions for personal standard parts library custom,and provides technical support for parameter optimization and serialized production of subsequent products.
