一种翻盖式上下料安全装置机构设计∗

     

摘要

In order to achieve automatic loading and unloading on machining equipment, the paper proposed a novel structure design of clamshell loading and unloading safety device. The paper highlights the structure designing and working principle of the device and the clamp. Moreover, a soft PLC controlling method based on Siemens IPC677 was illustrated which has already taken the place of traditional PLC, which func-tions stably and reliably to load and unload the work piece in certain order automatically. The whole system has improved the degree of automation of assembly line and has a positive effect on the automation industry as well.%针对机加工设备上的自动上下料问题,提出了一种翻盖式上下料安全装置。重点描述了该装置的结构、工作原理和控制系统的设计与实现,采用了基于西门子工控机IPC677的软PLC控制方式,完全代替了传统的PLC控制,并且该自动上下料装置可以在软PLC的控制下,稳定可靠,高效地完成既定工作,目前在装配线上运转良好。整个安全装置系统的提出不但提高了发动机装配线的自动化程度,也对自动化装配行业具有非常积极的意义。
